Da-Lite's new Perforated HD Progressive 1.1 Screen
June 27th, 2011Da-Lite has grown its line of HD Progressive screen surfaces to include the new HD Progressive 1.1 Perf material, which is an acoustically transparent front projection fabric.
Like Da-Lite's other Perforated surfaces, this fabric allows speakers to be placed directly behind the screen. Balancing virtually no sound loss and excellent image quality, this fabric provides identical optical characteristics to the HD Progressive 1.1 screen surface with the addition of specially designed perforations to allow the speakers to transmit the full range and brilliance of an original soundtrack while providing maximum clarity.
With unmatched uniformity, clarity, contrast and picture fidelity, the addition of the HD Progressive 1.1 Perf material gives customers and integrators a wide range of HD Progressive screens to fit their needs.
The HD Progressive projection screen family features low gain for an incredibly wide viewing angle and an image uniformity not seen prior to this combination of products. HD Progressive Screens from Da-Lite are specifically designed for High Definition Professional Broadcast and Home Theater applications.
The new HD Progressive 1.1 Perforated surface is available on both tensioned electric and fixed frame screens.
